A tracking number is provided for all orders so that you are able to track delivery updates throughout the delivery process. All orders are individually checked prior to shipping to ensure your goodies are 100% correct and not faulty. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped.
CARING FOR YOUR LILY PILY BABY PRODUCT Cool hand wash or spot clean with damp cloth. Dry flat in shade. If you need to iron to get the wrinkles out, set the iron on the lowest heat setting and place a slightly damp cloth on your rug before ironing.
We understand that sometimes wrong sizes and colours are ordered so we like to try our best to accommodate our lovely customers needs. If you require an exchange please contact us via email so that we can try our best to help. Exchanges can be made if shipping costs are covered for exchange of items. Items must be returned with a reply paid satchel. Items must be unused/unworn and in their original condition. All exchanged items will be quality inspected upon return before the items will be exchanged for a new product.
